The $89 preorder price is our biggest launch offer — and it’s my way of saying thank you to everyone who believed in Off Script before this tote even became real.

From choosing our first drop colors to sharing feedback that helped improve every detail, our community has been part of this journey from the very beginning.

After 4 rounds of redesigns and countless small improvements, this tote is finally ready for its first production run. I wanted the people who helped shape it to have the best possible price before we move into regular inventory.

Once this first drop preorder period ends, the tote will return to its regular retail price, and the $89 launch offer will no longer be available.

Should I wait until the tote is in stock?

Honestly, if you already know you want an Off Script Tote, preorder is the best time to reserve yours. 💜

Once the first production run arrives and we move into regular inventory, the exclusive $89 preorder price will no longer be available — the tote will return to its regular retail price.

Also, our first drop quantities are limited for each color. Preorder customers will have priority access to this first production batch, and once those first-drop quantities are reserved, you may need to wait for a future restock.

We created Off Script slowly and intentionally, making sure every detail was right before bringing it to you. This first drop is the beginning of our journey, and we would love for you to be part of it from the start. 💜

When will pre-ordered bags ship out to customers?

Our entire first production batch is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in September. Maybe even sooner!

As soon as inventory lands, we immediately begin fast-track order fulfillment with express shipping for every single order.

How long will shipping take once my bag arrives in warehouse?

All orders ship via expedited express shipping across US. Once your tracking number generates, most customers receive their tote in approximately 3-5 business days from the shipment date.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, after you place a pre-order you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse in September.

Can I change my shipping address after placing a pre-order?

Email me directly at elaine@myoffscript.com with your order number and updated address as soon as possible before our September fulfillment window opens.Once production inventory arrives and shipping labels generate, address edits can no longer be processed.

Can I return or exchange after receiving my preorder?

Yes. Any unused, unmarked totes and pre-made hashtag pins in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping fees.

However, customized hashtag pins are non-refundable.
