When will pre-ordered bags ship out to customers?

Our entire first production batch is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in September. As soon as inventory lands, we immediately begin fast-track order fulfillment with express shipping for every single order.

How long will shipping take once my bag ships in September?

All orders ship via expedited express shipping across US. Once your tracking number generates, most customers receive their tote in approximately 3-5 business days from the shipment date.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, after you place a pre-order you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse in September.

Can I change my shipping address after placing a pre-order?

Email me directly at elaine@myoffscript.com with your order number and updated address as soon as possible before our September fulfillment window opens.Once production inventory arrives and shipping labels generate, address edits can no longer be processed.

Can I return or exchange after receiving my preorder?

Unused, unmarked totes and pre-made hashtag pins in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping fees.

However, customized hashtag pins are non-refundable.
