From choosing our first drop colors to sharing feedback that helped improve every detail, our community has been part of this journey from the very beginning.
After 4 rounds of redesigns and countless small improvements, this tote is finally ready for its first production run. I wanted the people who helped shape it to have the best possible price before we move into regular inventory.
Once this first drop preorder period ends, the tote will return to its regular retail price, and the $89 launch offer will no longer be available.

Once the first production run arrives and we move into regular inventory, the exclusive $89 preorder price will no longer be available — the tote will return to its regular retail price.
Also, our first drop quantities are limited for each color. Preorder customers will have priority access to this first production batch, and once those first-drop quantities are reserved, you may need to wait for a future restock.
We created Off Script slowly and intentionally, making sure every detail was right before bringing it to you. This first drop is the beginning of our journey, and we would love for you to be part of it from the start. 💜

A: Yes. Any unused, unmarked totes and pre-made hashtag pins in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping fees.
However, customized hashtag pins are non-refundable.

A: Absolutely! Our exterior cup holder is custom-built to fit 30oz and 40oz Stanley, Owala, and all standard large handle tumblers or any non-handled water bottles. We designed the pouch with extra stretch drawcord mesh to accommodate bulky handle lids, so your giant daily water bottle sits securely outside your tote without squishing your laptop, snacks, or personal items inside the main bag.
We built this tote for busy women juggling dozens of daily items—laptops, kid’s snacks, work chargers, notebooks, makeup, and more. An internal water bottle pocket eats up critical bag space, and any spills, condensation or leaks from your tumbler will seep into your belongings and risk ruining papers, electronics, and valuables like your laptop. Mounting the tumbler pouch on the exterior creates a fully separate space for your water bottle, keeping your main bag clutter-free, completely dry, and fully usable for all your other essentials.

A: Absolutely! If none of our existing hashtags match your unique vibe, you can submit your one-of-a-kind personality hashtag during checkout. Just type your custom slogan in the dedicated order notes box when you place your tote order, and we’ll craft a custom enamel pin exclusively for you.
We adore all your creative ideas! After reviewing your custom hashtag, we may choose to add it to our permanent shop pin collection for all customers to purchase. If your custom design gets ordered by 3 or more separate shoppers later on, we’ll fully refund your original custom pin fee—meaning your personalized hashtag pin ends up being completely free for you.
