We want you to love your Off Script bag! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is:
- Unused and in brand-new condition
- Free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee $7.99. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and work with you to resolve the issue.
Final Sale Items
Customized items and any products marked as Sale (not pre-orders) are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at elaine@myoffscript.com.
How to Return
To start a return, please email us at elaine@myoffscript.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- 1–2 photos of the item showing its current condition
- A brief reason for your return (optional, but helpful for us to improve)
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return address.
You have two return options:
Option 1: Ship the item back yourself
You may choose your own shipping method and send the item back to our return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a full refund for the returned item.
Option 2: Use our return label
If you prefer a prepaid return label from us, we can provide one and a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your original payment method/refund amount.
Please make sure the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected.
