Processing Time

Preorder Items

Preorder items are made especially for you. Estimated processing and shipping timelines will vary depending on production schedules, material availability, and order volume.

We will provide updates throughout the preorder process and keep you informed once your order is ready to ship. Please check your email for the latest updates.

In-Stock Items

For items that are currently in stock, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that processing time does not include transit time after your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after your order has entered the processing stage.
