Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Off Script! Each product is thoughtfully made and prepared with care. We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our processing and shipping timelines.

1st batch shipping time: They are expected to ship in first or second week of October 2026 from California. 

2nd batch shipping time: They are currently in production and will arrive at our LA warehouse in early November 2026. We will begin shipping the orders once the inventory lands.

In-Stock Orders
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

Standard Shipping: $6.99+ depends on weight · 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: $14.99 flat · 1–3 business days

Shipping Time: Once your order ships, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for delivery within the U.S.

Shipping Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
